Amin Ganjalizadeh

Amin Ganjalizadeh is the founder of AG Legal, PLLC, and a dedicated immigration attorney serving clients throughout the DC and Boston metropolitan areas—and beyond. The son of Iranian immigrants who arrived in the U.S. after the 1979 revolution, Amin was born in Washington DC and raised in Northern Virginia. He brings both personal and professional insight to the challenges faced by immigrants in the U.S.

Amin earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from The Catholic University of America, and his J.D. from New England Law | Boston. He began his immigration career at Rubin Pomerleau, PC in Boston—known for its involvement in the landmark Pereira v. Sessions case.

Upon returning to the DC area in 2015, he joined Leyruta, PLLC as a senior associate and was soon promoted to supervising attorney and operations manager. In this role, he handled a wide range of complex immigration matters with exceptional outcomes.

Founded in 2020, AG Legal focuses on representing immigrant communities in immigration court proceedings and USCIS matters. Amin has secured favorable results in high-stakes cases in Boston, Arlington, and Baltimore Immigration Courts. The firm serves clients from across the U.S. and worldwide.
